Cleaning service: can be pre-arranged at an additional R120/hour.
Functions: functions can be held by prior arrangement only. The fee is R150 per person, per day for any functions over 16 people. We reserve the right to increase this rate for larger events such as weddings, etc.
Rates are quoted for 14 guests.
Two extra children can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Discounts are available for 6 people or less. Please enquire.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Reservation deposit: 10% deposit to be paid upfront to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Refundable breakage deposit: R5,000 per booking. This may be increased for functions at our discretion.
Balance of payment: BOP and breakage deposit to be paid 30 days before check-in date. Where bookings are made less than 30 days prior to check-in, full payment including the breakage deposit, is due at the time of booking.
